Location
We are located on the second floor of the Sola Salons building in Carytown, studio 13. The main entrance faces Cary street with stair access, and there is a side entrance on Dooley St. with access to an elevator.
Parking
Free parking is available on-street as well as the parking lots directly behind our building, or off of Dooley to the left. Anything marked "reserved" is reserved for you.
Cancellation Policy
Please be on time for all appointments. Any guest later than 10 minutes forfeits all, or part of their scheduled service.
We require 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests (with exception for illness). Guests who don’t adhere to this policy will automatically forfeit the ability to prebook future appointments. (Please see your stylist for any questions regarding specific wait list and prebooking policies).
